How to report an issue
Send us an email with a short description of what happened and the steps that led to the problem. Please include:
- App version
- Device model and OS version
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- Screenshots/screen recording (if available)
Include app version, device, and issue details.

For account deletion: use Settings -> Delete account in the app.

FAQ / Troubleshooting
- Sync delay? Pull to refresh and ensure both devices have internet access.
- Not receiving updates? Update Tandem to the latest app version and reopen the app.
- Billing questions? Subscriptions and refunds are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play.
